Anger Management Issues Can Lead to Loneliness

When Anger Management issues are depicted on television and film, we typically see someone belligerent becoming enraged in response to a minor offense. The angry individual is often the villain in these scenarios, sometimes used as a comic foil and sometimes as a serious threat to the hero or heroine. What we see less frequently is the human behind the anger and the toll that anger management issues can take on an individual’s social life and general sense of wellbeing.

There’s often a direct link between anger management issues and loneliness, and this video from Howcast does a good job of describing what that looks like. If you know, or suspect, that you or someone you love has anger management issues, we hope you’ll watch this video. If you’re in the greater Cleveland area, we also hope you’ll contact us
