IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING COVID-19

In response to the recent Covid-19 virus (Coronavirus) CFEL has taken extra precautions to ensure safety. Below are links specific to coping with mental health during this stressful time. Extra precaution to disinfect have been taken in the office and waiting rooms. The toys in the waiting room have been temporarily removed as a prevention. Please continue to practice universal precautions. Moving forward the office will act in accordance with the CDC guidelines. Please alert staff if a specific problem or concern arises.

While we can’t predict the long ranging impacts of COVID-19, we can say with certainty that we will continue to monitor the progress. Please be assured that safety and security for our clients, our employees and the business remain our top priority.

Due to the Ohio stay at home order, and concerns about the health of our clients and staff, nearly all visits are now conducting via teletherapy, which is over the telephone or via video platforms, such as FACETIME. New clients are being accepted through these modalities as well. Please look at the website tabs to request an appointment and/or to provide your insurance and other information to become a client. Please also be aware that all of our psychiatric prescribers are continuing to treat our clients as usual as well as evaluating and treating new clients. The wait to see a psychiatric prescriber, after the required two intakes with a therapist, remains less than 2 weeks on average. Clients who need to be seen in the office for certain medications, such as Spravato, Vivitrol, and other long acting psychiatric medications are being seen per CDC guidelines. Feel free to call the office at 440-333-4949 Monday through Saturday for any questions you may have.
